In 2023, the United Foundation of Central Florida embarked on a transformative planning process and approved its inaugural strategic plan, developed in collaboration with UCF Consultants.
The plan establishes an eight-year framework to guide UFCF’s organizational growth, expand programs, strengthen infrastructure, increase resources, and extend the Foundation’s reach beyond Central Florida.
