As you graduate from the FLU Program, we’re thrilled to hear about your journey and celebrate your next steps! We’d love for you to take a few minutes to complete this form. Your story could be featured in UFCF communications, social media, or scholarship impact reports.
This is the one of the final requirements of the Future Leaders United After-School Enrichment and Mentoring Program. Once this form is completed and reviewed by UFCF Staff, Mrs. Sandra will begin selecting amounts for scholarship awards.
As a note, scholarship funds can be used for the purposes outlined in your scholarship letters. Please adhere to the scholarship guidelines, as any deviations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may delay your use of the scholarship. Mrs. Sandra will inform students when scholarship usage has become available.
